Summer is mostly gone from South Wales, but not completely. We have been fortunate to still have warmth during the days. Nevertheless the summer seating in my in-laws’ garden has been tucked away for another year and the sunflower, so bright and happy a few weeks ago has little left to give now.
In Britain the only thing of which we can be sure with the weather is that you better make the most of a good day, even a good moment, because the next one might be dreadful. We are fortunate to have several lovely places to walk near us, including a beautiful park.
Hub had Rosie and 15 had me and off we went. Surprisingly smooth. We can never tell if we will enjoy a decent amount of time outside or if 15 will have enough mere moments after we begin.
Like the weather, we make the most of her sunny spells.
