We are having Summer. I’m not sure the country knows how to deal with it but it has arrived. I absolutely adore it. I love the heat and the sunshine, the colourful blooms and the enticing hope of some time by the coast.
My second son has done just that today. He left with orders to buy himself a hat, I doubt he will listen. What 20 year old pays any attention to their mother? I haven’t given up hope of getting to the seaside myself. I think I need to put it out there to Hub, let him know its my Summer goal.
In the meantime I will enjoy some truly scorching weather from today and some glorious sunrays through the clematis from Sunday.
